| Essential Duties: |
|
| Identify prospective customers within a defined territory |
|
| Cold-call, prospect and qualify opportunities |
|
| Manage sales cycles to closure, including discovery, validation, proposal and negotiation |
|
| Work in conjunction with Application Engineers to close opportunities |
|
| Develop complete knowledge of the organizations products and services |
|
| Maintain existing accounts |
|
| Requirements: |
|
| The successful candidate must be a professional salesperson, capable of dealing with executive level clients and sole proprietors. You must be able to give polished live presentations one on one or to groups. You must have excellent phone skills. This is a combined inside/outside sales position. You must have the highest ethics and perform a consultative sales approach. |
|
| Experience: |
|
| 2 or more years of sales experience, experience in the Civil or Architectural fields preferred. Software or technology sales experience preferred. |
|
| Education: |
|
| B.S. degree in related field preferred. |
